During my tenure as Head, I adopted a commercialised approach to education that resulted in significant improvements across all positive indicators. This experience has shaped my perspective on how schools can effectively operate in a competitive educational environment while maintaining the highest standards. I am committed to using my extensive knowledge and experience to help schools thrive in a complex and ever-evolving landscape.

After nearly twenty years in school leadership roles, I have been privileged to experience a wide range of challenges and opportunities. Each position has allowed me to contribute to the development of education for the benefit of students, staff, and parents alike. I have greatly enjoyed every leadership post I have held, and the lessons and reflections from these experiences are invaluable in supporting others in similar roles.

As Head, I had countless opportunities to strengthen and enhance my school, ensuring it remains a thriving environment for students. I am proud to leave behind a school with solid financial foundations, a commercialised culture that will safeguard its future, a new and rigorous curriculum, and a team of staff who are well-trained and developed to deliver excellence daily. It is this journey that I now wish to share with other schools, supporting Heads and Senior Leadership Teams in their pursuit of success.
